Bryan has matched real estate buyers and sellers in Southern New Hampshire since 1975, and specializes in commercial/investment real estate, business brokerage, and land. He is also a licensed real estate broker in the State of Florida and a member of the Northeast Florida Board of Realtors and MLS.

Bryan served on various local and state Boards of Realtors. He was president of the Contoocook Valley Board in 1990. In 1993, he served as the founding president of the nation's first statewide Commercial/Investment Board of Realtors (New Hampshire CIBOR). Bryan also served as president of the state chapter of the National Realtor's Land Institute.

Bryan's civic involvement in the town of Dublin has included being a member of the Planning Board and Budget committees.
